What does this cover?

The work that happens before there is a project: reviewing sites against an operator's requirements, testing whether a plot supports the model, and advising on the planning risk attached to buying it.

For clients with a rollout, it also covers the pattern across sites — what has consistently caused delay, and what to look for or avoid at the next acquisition.

How is it different from feasibility?

A feasibility study answers a question about one site. Consultancy is the ongoing relationship in which those questions get asked — which sites to look at, in what order, and how much to pay attention to each.

Clients acquiring regularly tend to need the second more than the first.

Who uses it?

Land acquisition teams, investors and landowners, and operators expanding a portfolio. Typically anyone whose next decision is a purchase rather than a design.
