Information, not advice
The sector pages, service pages, case studies and everything else on this site describe the kind of work the practice does and how it approaches it. None of it is advice about your own site, building or project, and none of it is a design, a drawing, a feasibility conclusion or a specification you can act on.
Whether a scheme is viable depends on the site, the brief, planning policy, building regulations, the regulator for the intended use where there is one, and the views of the local authority. All of those are particular to each project and change over time. Nothing here says that a similar outcome is available on another site, or that planning consent, registration or any other approval will be granted.
How our services are appointed
Architectural, feasibility and development consultancy services are provided only under a written appointment agreed for a specific project, which sets out the scope, the fee and the terms that apply. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services, and sending an enquiry by the contact form, email or telephone does not create an appointment or an instruction. Where a written appointment exists, its terms take priority over anything on this site.
Projects, images and ownership
The case studies on this site describe real schemes the practice has worked on. Clients, operators and partners are named only where they have agreed to it. Visualisations show a design as proposed or as drawn at a point in time and may differ from what was built.
The drawings, visualisations, photographs and text on this site belong to the practice or are used with the permission of their owners. You may view, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not copy, adapt or republish any of it, in whole or in part, without written permission. The names and logos of clients and other organisations shown on the site belong to them.
Links to other websites
Where this site links to another website, we are not responsible for that site’s content or how it handles your information. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the page it points at.
Contacting us, and your information
The contact form and the contact details on this site are for genuine enquiries about the practice’s work. How we handle the personal information you send us is set out in our privacy and cookies policy.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice. If you think something on the site is wrong, tell us and we will look at it.
Liability for use of the site
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content, including loss of profit, loss of business and any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Liability under a professional appointment is dealt with in that appointment, not here.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
We may update these terms from time to time. The review date at the top of this page moves when the text does, and the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
